The Rock Cemetery

The Rock Cemetery is located approximately 1.5km in an easterly direction from The Rock township along The Rock Mangoplah Road, turning onto Lodge Road and then right onto Milne Road. The Rock Cemetery is similar to Lockhart Cemetery in that it has both a monumental section and a lawn section including a columbarium wall. The cemetery is surrounded by gum and pepper trees with a view of The Rock Hill in the distance. Paving between the plaques gives the lawn cemetery a very neat appearance. The monumental section of the cemetery is separated into religious denominations.
