Career: Public speaker since 1978, Business Proprietor 1969-77, Dept. manager 1962-68, Salesman 1958-61, Eng Design 1956-57, Exec. Cadet 1953-55. Played Australian Rules for the Melbourne Football Club (204 games 295 goals) 1953-64; Club Captain 1960-64; 6 Premierships; Best & Fairest 1961, 1964. Captain/Coach Carlton (50 games 35 goals) 1965-69; Coach 1969-71; 2 Premierships 1968, 1970. Coached North Melbourne 1973-80, 2 Premierships (1975-1977). Coached Melbourne Football Club 1981-85.
